Studio Rental
Approx 3000 sq ft of shooting space in a textile mill warehouse which retains many of its original features, and plenty of character. The studio is ideal for a whole range of photographers, however it will particularly appeal to those who like to use natural light as it has huge ceiling high windows down two sides giving copious amounts of daylight. For those who would rather use flash various Bowens lights are available from 1500's down to 250's with a variety of soft boxes, brollies, beauty dish, snoot, gels etc, aswell as a white vinyl backdrop and lots of colored paper backdrops on two Manfrotto background support systems, a Smoke machine, lots of chairs and other furniture including a piano, cast iron bath, bed, and plenty of other props. Your own ideas for sets can be discussed and i will do my best to accommodate you.
The studio has its own kitchen area with beverage making facilities with endless supplies of cups, coffee etc. Models have a private changing area with styling stations. Toilets and washroom are available on site. Plenty of car parking space. I am conveniently located just off the Main A6 which runs through Stockport close to the M60 Motorway junctions.
Stockport station is probably a good 20 minutes walk away or 5 minute bus ride. The smaller Davenport Station is a 10 minute walk away.
Rates per photographer - £60 for 4 hours and £110 for 8hrs - Please phone for further hourly rates. Available 24/7 by appointment. This includes the use of all lights and equipment. There may be a small charge at cost if you require pristine Paper backdrop. This is for exclusive use of the complete Studio. Assistance is given in moving lights and props. I also offer brief guidance in setting up and using the lights. If you are new to Studio Photography and require more detailed advise and tutoring i charge a extra £20 on top of your booking fee. You just need a camera and lense , memory cards, fully charged battery with maybe a spare. I provide a wireless trigger system.
